RELEASE NOTES

What has changed.

Staff design preview V2

CAQA branding and a working scenic background

The Windows design preview now includes the CAQA logo and mountain-lake wallpaper. The image loaded successfully in the native browser and its visibility was confirmed by the tester. This design update uses the existing preview engine; it does not complete the newer security or extension-compatibility work.

Native live weather remains unavailable in this preview. Its Open live weather link opens the web start page.

Website

A complete CAQA product experience

A redesigned product homepage, dedicated feature and privacy guides, an expanded help centre, download status and open-source information. The personal start page has its own address at /start.

Native development

Compatibility and security work in progress

Source work adds a constrained import path for compatible Manifest V3 XPI packages. The latest full native build was interrupted, so native runtime checks have not established availability in an installed preview.

Internal Windows preview

V3 testing package

A preserved component-build package supports controlled staff testing. Share the complete approved archive through your testing coordinator, not an isolated EXE or a used browser profile.
